- For the Pastry: 150g plain flour, 100g unsalted butter (chilled), 30g granulated sugar, pinch of salt.
- For the Filling: 100g Urban Chocolatier Milk Chocolate Buttons, 100g brown sugar, 2 eggs, 60g unsalted butter (melted), 1 tsp vanilla essence, 100g toasted pecans (chopped), pinch of salt.

Recipe Highlights
Serves: 8 people
Ingredients:
- For the Pastry: 160g plain flour, 115g unsalted butter (chilled), 45g granulated sugar, 1 large egg yolk, and 30-45ml cold water.
- For the Lemon Curd: 4 large eggs, 200g granulated sugar, 120ml fresh lemon juice (3–4 lemons), zest of 2 lemons, and 115g unsalted butter (chilled).
Preparation Steps:
- Craft the Pastry: Combine flour, sugar, and butter in a bowl. Rub the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs. Add the egg yolk and cold water, mixing until the dough comes together. Chill for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough, line a tart pan, and blind-bake at 190°C for 15-20 minutes until golden.
